The Playhouse on the Square was the Memphian Theater where Elvis rented to see Bruce Lee movies. Free Parking is available. The Playhouse is on the west side of Cooper near Union Avenue.

In 1988 Gary Pylant went to Broadway in Manhattan to find the play closed. Germantown High School put on a very good presentation a few years ago.
All Chessplayers are so excited about finally seeing the play here in Memphis. Rice did "Jesus Christ, SuperStar" and "Chess" suppose to be better!
